25 August – Fairford
We have just had a lovely weekend when our friends Ian Bottomley and Melissa were married in Fairford Church. Gerry acted as chauffeur and transported Melissa to the Church and then took the Bride and Groom to the reception in our Jaguar. The car has never been so clean and shiny!. 
Jenny and Mark were also invited to the wedding and so Martin and Louise came to stay and look after Bethany whilst the rest of us (including Callum for perhaps obvious reasons of age and food needs) enjoyed the wedding and reception.
Bethany had a wonderful time with Aunty Louise and Uncle Martin and then on Sunday enjoyed some of Granny Annie’s chocolate cake. We had a really super weekend.
